DealerRE (“DealerRE,” “we,” “us,” or “our“) is a reinsurance managing agency that helps automotive dealers establish and manage dealer-owned reinsurance programs. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of information provided by visitors to dealerre.com (the “Site”) and by the automotive dealers and professionals we serve.

  • Service Providers & Partners: We work with third-party administrators (TPAs), reinsurance carriers, attorneys, accountants, and technology vendors who assist in delivering our services. These parties are bound by confidentiality obligations and are only permitted to use your information as necessary to perform services on our behalf.
  • Sub-Agents & Referral Partners: Information may be shared with licensed sub-agents assisting with dealer enrollment or program administration.
  • Marketing Platforms: We use platforms such as HubSpot and Meta to manage communications and advertising. Data shared with these platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information as required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DealerRE, our clients, or the public.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

DealerRE’s services are directed exclusively to business professionals in the automotive industry. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
